Why the panic, Philo?
Because there's just too much happening: the war in Iran, Trump 2.0, a brewing energy and inflation crisis – layered on top of the AI Cycle, that is getting tired.

- We even expected the major response by the Iranians on the countries of the Gulf – see UAE etc. This is the setup as it stands now.
- The energy chokepoints around Iran are globally significant, even as they are dismissed as a short-term side show.
- Tech/AI and the broader economy are directly connected to the war in Iran and the approval ratings of Trump 2.0
- The indices (and by extension passive investing) is going to suffer for a long time.
