By accessing or purchasing any Philoinvestor product, publication, course, community, research, or other service (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Personal Use
Your subscription or purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the Services for your own personal and educational purposes.
Your access is for you alone. You may not share your account, login credentials, subscription or access with another person.
2. Intellectual Property
All content made available through the Services (“Content”), including articles, research, newsletters, videos, courses, recordings, presentations, graphics, frameworks, investment analysis, templates, databases, software and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Philoinvestor and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a subscription or course does not transfer ownership of any Content or intellectual property to you.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.
3. Prohibited Use
You may not, without our prior written permission:
- Copy, reproduce or republish Content;
- Forward, distribute or share paid Content with another person;
- Upload Content to social media, websites, forums, messaging platforms, shared drives or other services;
- Screenshot, screen-record or otherwise reproduce substantial portions of paid Content for distribution;
- Share Content with colleagues, employees, clients, investment firms or other organizations;
- Resell, sublicense, rent or commercially exploit Content or your account;
- Use Content to create a competing publication, course, research service, product or business;
- Use Content to train, fine-tune, evaluate or otherwise develop artificial intelligence or machine-learning models or systems;
- Circumvent paywalls, access controls or other measures used to protect the Services.
These restrictions apply whether the distribution is free or for payment.
4. Unauthorized Distribution and Enforcement
Unauthorized distribution or commercial use of our Content may cause substantial harm to Philoinvestor, including lost revenue, loss of subscribers and loss of the commercial value of our research and intellectual property.
If we discover or reasonably suspect that you have breached these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access immediately and pursue any remedies available to us under applicable law, including seeking damages, injunctive relief and recovery of applicable enforcement costs.
Each unauthorized act may constitute a separate breach to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Investment Disclaimer
Philoinvestor’s Services and Content are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing provided through the Services constitutes investment, financial, tax, legal or accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or other asset.
You are solely responsible for your own investment and trading decisions.
Past performance is not indicative of future results.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Services and Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information, we do not guarantee that Content is complete, accurate, current or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Philoinvestor will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses arising from your use of the Services, including investment or trading losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, including by sharing, copying or distributing Content without authorization.
Termination does not affect any rights or remedies that have accrued before termination.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, subject to any mandatory rights or protections applicable to you under the law.
